Nurturing Email Package

 

Nurturing email packages were developed with the busy family in mind.  Sleep disturbances can happen in any type of situation and sometimes all a family needs a little bit of guidance to help them get back on track.  The following package is more flexible than in-home and phone packages as they do not require a set up appointment for the initial consult.  These packages offer the same great support with unlimited Email communication.

The Email packages all include: 

 

• Full Access to Nurturing Sleep Solutions Family Intake Form - This form covers all aspects of your child's routine from sleep environment, sleep associations, nutrition, nap and night sleep, and nap and nighttime sleep routines to help me gain a full understanding of your child's situation and your family goals for sleep.

• An email assessment of your Family Intake Form.  This will be done and sent back to you so that you can see my information and strategies.  Once we are both on the same page I will then put that information into a plan.

 

• A personalized Nurturing Sleep Solutions Sleep Plan that focuses on strategies to help reach your families sleep goals.  This plan will include very detailed steps, instructions, and suggestions that will help your family be on their way to better sleep!

• Unlimited email support for 2 weeks following the start of your plan.

 

• A Nurturing concluding summary of what we have worked on, improvements we have seen, and what to expect in the future.  This may include tips and suggestions for upcoming developmental milestones that may cause some sleep regressions.
