This in-depth and personal package is a great way for us to work together to solve your families sleep disturbances.  We get to work face-to-face building a relationship that will help us develop strategies that are best for your family. 

This package includes:

 

• Full Access to Nurturing Sleep Solutions Family Intake Form - This form covers all aspects of your child's routine from sleep environment, sleep associations, nutrition, nap and night sleep, and nap and nighttime sleep routines to help me gain a full understanding of your child's situation and your family goals for sleep.  I will ask you to fill out this form before our meeting so that we can optimize our time together. 

 

• A scheduled in home consult where I come to your home at a time that works best for you.  At this consult we will go over your intake form in depth and will also assess all aspects of the child's sleep environment.  I will be available to answer any questions you may have and together we can come up with ways that work best for your family to help improve sleep.

 

• A personalized Nurturing Sleep Solutions Sleep Plan that focuses on strategies to help reach your families sleep goals.  This plan will include very detailed steps, instructions, and suggestions that will help your family be on their way to better sleep!

 

• Weekly follow up calls at the end of each supported week.  These calls will be crucial in monitoring progress as well ensuring that you have the support that you need during this time.  I want you to know that I am with you every step of the way!  There is an additional option to have unlimited texting in place of the weekly follow up calls if this is something that you feel more comfortable with. 

 

• Unlimited email support for 3 weeks.  This will allow us to stay on top of things and continue to monitor progress. This communication will make certain that we have your child on the right track to maintaining healthy sleep!

 

• A Nurturing concluding summary of what we have worked on, improvements we have seen, and what to expect in the future.  This may include tips and suggestions for upcoming developmental milestones that may cause some sleep regressions.
